Mark Zanki: Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zanki is a Business executive with over 20 years experience in all aspects of Information technology; operations, delivery, business development and P&L management. An industry leader with experience in both public and private sector markets. Currently, he is the CEO of Big Data Secured Solution (BDSS) which is the second company he has founded in the IT Professional Services Industry. BDSS provides solutions and staff augmentation for sophisticated Advance Analytics, BI solutions including Big Data and Information Technology security with platinum level consultants. BDSS was founded by Mr. Zanki because he felt the market over promised and under delivered in both Security and Big Data, needing a team of experts that have a wide array of expertise to pull these programs together under one management team creating accountability. BDSS is an organization of Big Data/database architects, engineers, consultants, a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and support professionals to help you build and maintain a roadmap to managing and protecting your data, and understand new possibilities for your business.
Prior to BDSS Mr. Zanki was the President and Chief Strategy Officer/Founder of The Experts, Inc. The Experts was an international professional services provider of IT and engineering support services, both within the public and private sector markets. The Experts had built a reputation as a go‐to solution provider in both the commercial market (Fortune 100 companies, banking/financial institutions, technology manufacturers) and the federal market (civilian, defense and intelligence agencies as well as large systems integrators). Mr. Zanki led The Experts corporate strategy and drove internal and external growth by developing existing branch offices, opening new markets, supporting new customers and supporting large projects. The company went from start up to over 750 consultants. Mr. Zanki also founded and developed the company’s Information Security Practice. The practice reached over 100 consultants. The Experts was sold to PlanIT in 2014.
Mr. Zanki is a graduate of Rider University with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.

Zal Azmi: Advisory Board
Mr. Azmi served for 25 years in variety of leadership positions within DoD, Federal, and Intelligence agencies. In his last 10 years in the government he served as the CIO for United States Attorneys and the FBI where he established the CIO organizations, information assurance and cybersecurity programs, program management, portfolio and asset management capabilities and completely modernized the information technology infrastructures to support the mission. As the CIO for the FBI he managed an operational budget of $1.3 Billion annually. Mr. Azmi was a member of the Intelligence Community and the DOJ CIO Councils. He also traveled extensively to Europe and Middle East to collaborate with Law Enforcement counterparts’ on related technology projects and capabilities. He was an active member of the Five Eyes CIO council.
Mr. Azmi has received several prestigious awards including the Presidential Rank of Distinguished Executive Award, the President G.W. Bush Award for Excellence in Counter Terrorism Support, the Arthur S. Flemming Award for Excellence in Applied Science and Technology, Federal 100 award, two Bronze medals from the Department of Commerce, and numerous military service medals.
Mr. Azmi holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from American University, and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from George Washington University. Mr. Azmi also holds several IT certifications including Information Security Management and he is an Adjunct Professor at G.W. University .

Ashley Smith: Advisory Board
Ms. Smith was the first female appointed as a President in Computer Science Corporation’s (CSC) North American Public Sector, running a $2 Billion IT infrastructure Solutions Division. The ITIS division of CSC delivered proven complex communications system solutions focusing on telephony and voice systems, enterprise network integration and management, and IP convergence. Additionally, ITIS delivered proven cloud and mobile solutions, as well as managed services, host computing and end-user support services. ITIS managed the Enterprise Network Managed Services Center of Excellence and the Chantilly /Virginia Office of Innovation. The Center employed a flexible solution framework to successfully manage critical enterprise networks in a highly secure and reliable manner using the latest telecommunications technology to support CSC clients’ diverse business objectives. ITIS had a long legacy of successful collaboration with federal civil, defense, and IC agencies as well as state and local agencies. This Division also provided all internal IT support to the Public Sector with the CIO function reporting directly to the President’s Office.
Under Ms. Smith’s leadership the ITIS business grew from $450 Million to $2 Billion with major wins to include: Homeland Security Stennis Data Center, under the Eagle vehicle, TSA I-TIP contract supporting their IT infrastructure and the Freedom Center, DISA’s DNM-SSG contract supporting their world-wide network, and EPA’s ITS-EPA contract, providing IT and Security services, just to name a few. She also provided all IT resources to the largest outsourced managed service contract award in the federal sector IC community.
Ms. Smith served as the President of Networks and Telecommunication Integrated Services and the Vice President of Operations for a $450 Million Division after the acquisition of DynCorp by CSC Public Sector. Previously, she was Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of DynCorp Information Systems LLC (DIS), formerly GTE Information Systems, where she directed all infrastructure support activities for the DIS LLC. Before joining DynCorp, she was Vice President and Director of Administrative Services for GRC International (now a division of AT&T). During her tenure with the above corporations she actively engaged in mergers and acquisitions to include the sale of Flow Laboratories, Inc. to ICN Pharmaceutical, the sale of GTE Information Systems LLC to DynCorp and the sale of DynCorp to CSC, as well as, acquiring several small companies into the organizations for growth and increased capabilities in growing markets.
