As a multi-business founder, Alex brings the sort of ground-up, collaborative business expertise that BDSS needs to reach the next level. He is a founding member of Merge IT and the current Executive Vice President of Business Operations with 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, mergers & acquisitions, and technology consulting. He has also held roles as the Chief Financial Officer at SilverSky, Inc, and Co-Founder & President of Cybraics, Inc.

Alex began his career within the accounting, finance, and consulting space, serving as a Senior Manager with the SEC Assurance Group of Ernst & Young LLP, the Transaction Advisory Services Group of Andersen LLP, and as Vice President of the Technology Solutions group at MBAF. Alex understands Business Operations from a variety of perspectives, bringing valuable insight to the Merge Team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s day-to-day operations.
